APPENDIX TO RISK ASSESSMENT AFTER THE LIFTING OF RESTRICTIONS – 19TH JULY 2021

Government restrictions have now been lifted and we are asked to show personal responsibility – as part of the management of risk and the overall cautious approach that is being recommended by the government, the Stewards ( Dawn, Rosemary and Mike)meet with Sharon Hurlow on 20th July 2021 and decided on the following.

STOP
Booking system – there is now no need to book your seat
Social Distancing – but Please respect other people’s space by not sitting too closely to your neighbour unless invited to do so.
One Way system will not be enforced but the markings will be kept down for the present

Use of Sanitiser
Track and Trace
Good Ventilation
Retiring Collection at door
Masks – It will not be mandatory to wear masks throughout the service but we would politely ask that, out of respect for others, you continue to wear your mask if singing.
Existing Risk Assessment for Communion (keep elements covered, serve in pews, leader to use mask to distribute)

RE-START
Communal Singing
Coffee after service from end September
Friday Coffee Morning from September
Hall bookings (encourage groups to think of personal responsibility)

Zoom Services continue weekly for those people who do not wish to attend church at present.
